Whether she's making speeches, drafting motions or persuading a jury, Nicole Sinclair has always been the communicator. As far back as the seventh grade, Nicole has used this gift and passion for communicating to advocate for others through her roles as Student Counsel Representative and High School Class President. To day as an attorney she continues to be a voice for the voiceless.

Nicole graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2000 with a Juris Doctorate degree after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Queens College- City University of New York.

During law school Nicole interned in the legal department of a major international airline focusing mainly on U.S. Customs Regulations and Contractual Issues. However after graduating law school she enthusiastically traded the sedate atmosphere of an in house legal department for the more intense, dynamic and electrifying environment of the court room.

Before joining Siegel & Coonerty LLP, Nicole previously worked with the Law Firm of Schachter & Levine, LLP a law firm where client satisfaction and communicating with your client was given the utmost importance.

Nicole has experience in pre-trial case preparation, motion practice, depositions, arbitration, trial to verdict and has successfully negotiated numerous settlements. A skilled communicator Nicole has drafted and argued motions at the Supreme and Appellate level.

Nicole is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and has been a member of The New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, The New York City Bar, The American Bar Association and The American Trial Lawyers Association.
